Mixed results

Remix's cup run continues with a comeback 2-1 win over hibernians FC. A double salvo from golden boots to be Patrick Paran secured a quarter final berth against Orchard Rovers.

However, the league tie against Dwarfs F.C ended in a 3-3 controversial draw that saw Francis sent off very harshly in the first half. This means that the nothing less than 3 points will be needed against the Maykha in the final game of the season.

Remix will be without the suspended Francis and the injured Melvin who will be out for another 2 weeks with damaged knee ligaments.

One Step Closer to First Title

Remix inch ever closer to securing its first ever league title with a convincing 7-0 hammering over Killer Whales FC. Despite the water logged and extremely soggy pitch at Yung Ho, the boys in red managed to turn on the style and bang in the goals. Last 2 games of the season sees us against bottom cellars Dwarfs FC and 3rd placed Maykha FC. 4 points will be enough to secure the title.

Up next for Remix is a chance to advance to the quarter finals of the 1NightStand Cup. This last 16 knockout tie pits us against Division 2 runaway leaders Hibernians FC.

Match Preview

In other news, the match between Ale Vasco and Maykha has been postponed. This means that Remix will play the potential title deciding game against Maykha before Ale Vasco. With a good performance and the right scoreline, the title can be sewn up regardless of what happens in the Ale Vasco VS Maykha game.
