Going Down The Drain??
What in the blue hell is happening to Gabrielite Remix FC? Last week, a disappointing draw. This week a struggle to win but unfortunately, the final score was GRFC 2-4 EOA. Remix's unbeaten record has finally come to an end as well. Sad, but let us see where can Remix go from here. So can anyone solve this problem? There must be a certain reason for the loss on Sunday.
When asked Centre Back Vik about the defeat he mentioned it was partly discipline that caused it, adding to that, he said 2 goals were mistakes. In relation to last week's draw and the loss last Sunday, he said tactics might have been the problem.
The game wasn't that bad in the first part of the second half as Remix managed to get back the equaliser goals. But looks like they did not do enough to get back another 2 more to draw the game.
So, what's next for Remix?
Remix meet the Italians this coming Sunday and it's going to be a tough one as Remix aren't on their best form. The Italians are going to come hard on Remix as EOA did. With 3 wins in their past 3 games, they are definitely not going to let Remix off that easily. Especially after their defeat of 4-1 against Remix at their last meeting.

even though we lost, still, many positives to take from the game...
we have to remember that every game is tough and the onus is on us to bring our game every sunday..
lets pull our socks up because its still very much in our hands...

dun worie guys, we will cm bck this sun... we played good football laz wk but we were juz unlucky.. maybe we shld play more through the centre rather than pumping the ball up tracking back the players especially when our oppenents love playg diagonal ball and for the keepers expect the unexpected coz the opponents will shoot from anywhere make use of pats partner be it mike or joey as pat usually will be man marked i agree wif mike the centre mid shld take charge of the game the centre peeps are juz too quiet.. we should play like the gunners free flow football...

Just to clarify the seriousness of the situation against ITALIA... it is a CRUNCH game for us! they're 4 points behind us with still a game in hand! Lets just say they win that one game in hand... they will be just 1 point behind us, and should we lose that game against them, we will be pipped down to the 3rd place and it is they who take our 2nd spot instead!
let that loss to EOA not shoot us down... but instead, lets let it be an early wake up call for us! Let that be a reminder how cruel this game can be! We have played so well so far this season, and with the beautiful football we have played previously, I strongly believe we deserve an automatic qualification to the 1st Division! But the game doesn't says so... the game will only allow those who wins(!) stays up there! So are we going to let this hick-up take us all the way down the drain?!

I definitely won't!! In fact, I'm quite sick of this current hick-up and I'm looking forward to shake it off this Sunday! I'm sure u all feel the same way as I do! I look forward to take on those greasy bastards, and let everybody in this league know again who's the real boss! We will have to fight for it, but I look forward to be back at our usual best again! secondly i know individually we did try..we cant fault our effort.
but we have to do things right..tactics have to be followed..mistakes learnt from..we cant go tgrough the motions..

i must say that this is our own personal blog...YES!! i agree it is for others to view but personally, it is our way of motivating each other to get back on track... and by the way, i have not written any sort of vulgarities or misused any words to offend my opponents!! it is only written on the comments page and i feel it is alright!!

i'm pretty damn sure (and i've heard from first hand experience during games) that the other teams use terms that are equally as, if not more, derogatory.

Wow!its good to see that others are keeping track of our progress. But anyway, guess we will have to keep our comments clean so as not to offend others from now and let our results do the talking. But anyway, its good that we do take note of people's comments/criticisms graciously, hence, our blogmaster has apologised on behalf of Remix.
This Sun's key game will see Remix up against the Italian MAFIAs(no pun intended) and we have to take no chances and get all 3 points in the bag so as to keep up the pace on the well organised Brazilian Junior Samba kings, who are expected to dessimate Matador FC. Well, judging form last week's game against EoAliens(Liverpudlians from the East of Anfield), the Remix spirit was in the air. Fighting till the end, coming back not once but TWICE going down(plus a brilliantly saved penalty), before succumbing to 2 sucker punch goals on the break. But there were still many positives to be taken from the game as stated by my bros above.
So no worries guys, as long as we retain the REMIX fighting spirit and bring the hunger to every game, REMIX will give any team a run for their money, be it the French, Brazilian, Italian, Chinese....jus bring em!

hey boys. i guess we can really be proud of ourself's. we lost to a good experienced team. we fought and fought but it just wasnt happening. disipline is actually another key issue that we should look into. i suggest that we should bring in the 'fine' system again if any of our players come late.
im sure all of us dont wanna lose this season again. i think this is the closest that we are coming to a 1st place finish in the league. im sure ALL of us are just bloddy sick of finishing 2nd or 3rd. lets pull our socks up and be CHAMPIONS this season.
about the game againts EOA, i think we lacked leadership. i felt there was no one who was actually encouraging us to fight on to win the game. there was no motivation. yes we were playing hard, but we need someone to talk during the game. i feel that Mike has always been doin that. i dont know if u guys noticed, when he wasnt playing, there was no one talking. i tot we shld have let him play. so wat if he was late. he's never this late before. besides we are all good friends and i think this are some of the stuff that we shld give and take. i also agree wit wat Aaron said bout passing the ball to mike more often.
oh i heard from my BRO that the Italians have brought in some new players into the team. thats why they are winnin their matches. it wouldnt be a walk in the park.
