Atrocious Defending Results in 12 Goal Buffet

Remix secure yet another 3 pts this time against a weak Dwarfs FC team. After racing to a 4-1 lead at halftime, the 2nd half saw both defences make a fool out of themselves resulting in a final score of 8-4. Despite having former Remix frontman Clarence Wee leading the Dwarfs charge, ALL of the 4 goals conceded by Remix were due to horrible over-playing and schoolboy-like sloppy defending!!!

The defence has got to learn to get its priorities right. We lose the ball far too often and too easily when we insist on having that extra touch, or taking on that extra man. IF IT MUST BE CLEARED OR PUT OUT FOR A THROW, THEN WE HAVE TO DO IT!

Poor communication between the Goalkeeper and our defenders led to one of Dwarf's goals when a misunderstanding led to Ravie pulling down the opponent striker for a penalty. Mistakes like this have occured FAR TOO OFTEN these past 2 seasons. We must correct them right now rather than wait for us to lose a game and then lament on the same mistakes all over again.

If a team of Dwarf's quality can punish our defensive frailities with 4 goals, QUALITY OPPOSITIONS WITH QUALITY PLAYERS WILL RIP US APART!

So lets work hard and strive to better ourselves cos we wanna be up there when the season ends. We can start by getting it right this Sunday in the Cup game against Poseur Utd FC!
