League Update
Apologies for the late update. After 9 games played, Remix are currently 2nd in Div 3 with 15 pts. 1 pt ahead with 2 games in hand are leaders Vivid F.C.
A poor start to the campaign with 2 opening losses has been improved on. The boys are slowly finding their feet and we've remained unbeaten since then, and were unfortunate on a couple of occasions to have drawn.
The Cup final in Jalan Besar saw us overwhelmed by the firepower Screaming Irish had at their disposal. We were down to 10 men in the first half when left back Melvin was sent off after collecting 2 yellow cards. The flood gates opened soon after and we fell 6-0 in the end. It was a brilliant experience for the boys nonetheless, and despite the result, we received praise and plaudits for the good football we played throughout the game.
5 games remaining in the league and the title is really up for grabs. Remix have got to concentrate on getting 3 pts from game to game and we know we'll be up there or thereabouts come season end!
